Signed service agreements and approved post orders control the scope of any assignment. This website, its forms, and ordinary business telephone lines are not emergency services. Where recording may occur
Depending on the assignment, security work may involve body-worn cameras, vehicle cameras, site camera systems, or photographs used for patrol and incident documentation. Not every officer, vehicle, or property records continuously.
Lawful use and notice
Recording is performed in compliance with applicable law, the client agreement, and company procedures, including any required on-site notice.
Audio and private spaces
Audio recording is used only where lawful. Recording does not occur in restrooms, changing areas, or other places where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Storage and access
Recordings are kept in authorized systems and accessed only for legitimate operational, client, investigative, or legal purposes. Unauthorized copying or publication is prohibited.
