Objective and complete records

Reports are timely, objective, and factual. They record who was involved, what was observed, when and where it occurred, actions taken, and notifications made, and they distinguish observations from witness statements.

Photographs and evidence

Photographs and recordings are captured only when safe, lawful, and authorized. Original evidence is preserved and is never shared through personal social media.

Review, release, and corrections

Reports are reviewed by supervision before release to authorized client contacts. Corrections preserve the original record and identify the author, date, and reason.

Confidentiality

Access to reports is limited to authorized recipients. Law-enforcement and legal requests are handled by designated management.
