Safety & Risk Management Policy

Site hazards, Colorado weather, preparedness, and safe working practices.

Effective October 22, 2026 · Last updated October 22, 2026

Effective October 22, 2026. These policies describe how Royal Shield Security LLC operates its website and services. Signed service agreements and approved post orders control the scope of any assignment. This website, its forms, and ordinary business telephone lines are not emergency services. Call 911 when immediate police, fire, or medical assistance is needed.

Site-specific planning

Assignments are planned around site conditions, known hazards, access limits, staffing, and the agreed scope of service. Briefings identify emergency contacts, restricted areas, and evacuation considerations.

Colorado conditions

Snow, ice, lightning, wildfire smoke, and rapidly changing conditions along the Front Range and Pikes Peak region can affect patrols and travel. Personnel take appropriate precautions and never drive unsafely to meet a schedule.

Equipment and readiness

Personnel inspect assigned equipment and vehicles and report damage or defects before use.

Reporting hazards

Hazards, injuries, and near misses are reported promptly so they can be addressed with the client.

No guarantee

Risk management reduces, but cannot eliminate, risk. No security company can guarantee that criminal behavior, unauthorized access, injury, damage, or loss will never occur.
